To the fullest extent permitted by law, MediaHeadTech shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits or data, arising from the use or inability to use our services.
Our total liability, in any case, shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the services in the twelve (12) months prior to the event giving rise to the claim.
This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory on which the claim is based (contract, tort, negligence, etc.).
All intellectual property rights to the technology, software, methods, and materials provided by MediaHeadTech are and shall remain our property or that of our licensors.
You receive a limited, non-exclusive, and non-transferable license to use such assets solely in connection with the contracted services. This license terminates upon the end of the contractual relationship.
Either party may terminate the agreement in writing with thirty (30) days' notice. We may suspend or terminate your access immediately, without prior notice, if you materially breach these terms.
Upon termination, your right to use the services will cease immediately. The sections on Limitation of Liability, Intellectual Property, and this one on Survival shall remain in effect.
We may update these Terms of Use occasionally to reflect changes in our practices or for other operational, legal, or regulatory reasons.
We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new version on our website and updating the "Last reviewed" date at the bottom of this page. You are advised to review these terms periodically.
Continued use of our services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
